Ask the homestay to cook chicken, pork or vegan food with no fish sauce or seafood stock.

Trang An before noon for softer cave entrances. Mua looks best in the last hour before sunset when the steps are dry.

Book the 09:00 Cat Ba Express through ticket from Tam Coc. Reconfirm the pickup point 24 hours before.

Cat Ba Town, 2 nights. Choose a central two-bedroom apartment near the boat pickup and Celery Vegan Restaurant.

Celery Vegan Restaurant is the safest dinner. Its own site says the menu is fully plant-based.

The Cat Ba promenade around sunset. Save the serious camera battery for tomorrow's bay trip.

Walk or use the operator's Cat Ba Town pickup. No intercity road transfer today.

Same Cat Ba apartment. A proper two-bedroom home is quieter and far cheaper than two cruise cabins.

Use a vegan cruise lunch if available. Tam Hidden Restaurant accepts dietary requests and preorders.

Ask which way the boat faces at sunset. Take the couple photo before the light disappears, not after dinner.

Book a through Cat Ba to Hanoi service with central hotel drop. Use short Green SM rides in the afternoon.

Hanoi, 1 night. A cheap two-bedroom apartment is enough because the Sapa bus leaves early.

Use Uu Dam Chay or another established vegetarian restaurant for an easy seafood-free evening.

Temple of Literature in the afternoon and Hoan Kiem at blue hour.

Sapa Express from Hanoi. Confirm the Old Quarter pickup, luggage allowance and final hotel drop.

Sapa, 2 nights. Pick a central room with confirmed heating, hot water and a lift if needed.

Red Dzao House or the hotel, with chicken, pork and vegetables confirmed without fish sauce or seafood stock.

Town square at blue hour. Mist is atmosphere, not a failed day.

Walk or take a short taxi to Sun Plaza. Book a local car only after the morning weather decision.

A Fansipan buffet is optional. Carry sealed snacks and eat where the ingredients can be discussed clearly.

If the summit is clear, shoot early. If it is misty, use the clouds and town lights instead of waiting all day for a miracle.

Book the 15:00 Sapa Express bus to Hanoi. A daytime seat is simpler than private train cabins and a Lao Cai transfer.

Hanoi, 1 night near the Old Quarter bus drop.

Eat an early lunch in Sapa and carry a clean bus snack. Keep dinner simple and close.

Cat Cat waterfall before 09:00. Skip staged costume photos unless everyone genuinely wants one.

Use one 7-seat Green SM or the airport hotel's arranged car to Noi Bai.

Airport Classic Hotel or another 24 hour airport hotel with a confirmed 04:45 transfer.

Have the proper meal in Hanoi, then a simple hotel dinner near the airport.
